To celebrate the opening of the third edition of Untitled Art, San Francisco, ARTNOIR has partnered with the amazing DJ Tara to create the musical soundtrack, Noir Noise. As DJ Tara states, "In a time when electronic music has its dominance globally, its roots and richness and soul originates with Black people. This mix reflects the proliferation of that sound from Detroit to Atlanta, New Jersey to Nigeria, New York to London, Port-Au-Prince to Sweden, Kingston to Paris and beyond." Happy Listening!

Just in time for the summer, ARTNOIR is happy to collaborate with multi-talented creative Gianni Lee on our latest playlist Trade This In For Something You Love. Gianni curated this playlist to best represent his sonic inspiration while he painted during his time in New York. Each song not only evokes a certain mood, but they tell a vivid story of how his mind works and how some of these songs influenced Gianni’s work. Some of these selections speak to Gianni’s recent experiences, while others were played on repeat while he created. Gianni’s goal was to curate a group of songs sonically educate and physically stimulate the listener simultaneously.

ARTNOIR x SURFACE Present: Basel Turn Up Vol. 2. We reached out to our homies and favorite DJ confidants to put together a playlist of the hottest turn up tracks out now. Nothing can compare to Miami nightlife during Art Basel and this playlist promises to have you jamming until the sun comes up!

We couldn't think of anyone better than the supremely gifted DJ Underdog to get everyone warmed up and ready for an epic South African adventure for Black Portraitures. The God took it to another level with our latest collaborative mix entitled Joburg Soundscapes. DJ Underdog continues to push musical boundaries by blending multiple genres with hypnotic afro-futurism beats. He gives us a glimpse of the dynamic and electrifying South African music scene with artist such as Black Motion, DJ Cleo, Black Coffee, Dope Saint Jude, Babes Wodumo and sounds of Durban Kwaito.

To celebrate the occasion, ARTNOIR has collaborated with two of the baddest cultural tastemakers we know, Kimberly Drew and Jenna Wortham (a.k.a. Black Futures) on the latest installment of the ARTNOIR Playlist. For those who don’t know, the Black Futures project is a multifaceted project designed to preserve, document and celebrate contemporary blackness from a global point of view.

ARTNOIR has teamed up with Black Futures to present Maximum Hydration!  Organized by Black Futures, the playlist is a cornucopia of sonic delights featuring artists from Tiffany Gouche to SZA that feed your mind, body and soul.

From collaborations with Beyoncé & Jay-Z, to MoMA mashups with Awol Erizku, MeLo-X has asserted himself as a true Millennial renaissance man. As a musician, D.J. and multimedia artist,  he uses his talents to build bridges across mediums and cultures.
